Characteristic: There's no other curriculum like this one in Taiwan that utilizes international Agile Project Management methodology to manage the various project management environment and relevant change controls. Facing the fast changing and highly competitive global market, enterprises should focus on creating project planning process, establishing project controlling and monitoring system, and carrying out the efficiency of project execution, to become more powerful and more competitive.

In order to improve the ability of project members to execute project tasks well and to gain the efficiency of project management performance (scope, time, cost, quality), we especially create this curriculum to help team members to establish correct project management concepts. We hope that through studying project management theories with real cases, they can be familiar with project planning process. Also, we provide a total solution for applying the management theory into reality to monitor and control projects by project management information systems.
